Julie and I are starters. We'll make it an overnighter. Not sure where we'll set up camp at the moment.

Both myself and JB got DNR (do not roster) for this weekend so work is not going to get in the way.

Not what any of us want to hear but this just popped up on my facebook newsfeed.  Port Augusta (ish) was to be my route there (and probably a few others have also thought about taking the same route in.

I'm pretty sure St Nicola will, with an abundance of caution, order a lockdown if there is the slightest hint of spread. Fingers crossed.

I've booked for eight for 12.30.     If my back comes good enough, I'll be a late inclusion.

I'm out, as I can't risk riding yet, and not sure I could drive that far without agravating my back.  Physio reckons I'll take eight weeks to fully recover :fp   I need to be a patient patient.   :thumb

That's no good.

For those attending, the road from Wirrabra to Wilmington is 80 kmh the whole way except for towns - 50 kmh

I haven't planned a route yet, but ruled out Wakefield Highway for the same reason.

And not a road worker or construction vehicle to be seen.

We're set up now in the Quorn Caravan Park in the old faithful camper trailer.

I'm now a maybe as I'm in a bit of discomfort.  Eyes are watery, itchy and pile of gunk at the moment.  With a medical appointment booked for tomorrow I shall see what comes of that.

Eight for lunch (although Sandra had dog sitting duties so joined us after). JB & Jan in the bus, Shillas and Sandra in the 4x4 and camper trailer, Bodo and the Kwaka, the Hon. South Australian Johnny Yted and Beastie and Julie and I on the V-Strom. Obviously us Croweaters are quite liberal in our interpretation of Sports Tourers.
Johnny have us a demo of his latest toy - Mavic2 drone (I'm sure Johnny will correct me on model etc). It's a ripper gizmo. I'm now trying to work out how it sell it to Julie that we need one.
Prior to lunch, Julie and I climbed Devils Peak. It's much steeper than it was 35 years ago when we last climbed it. We're both off for a Nanna nap now.
