Apologies, JD and Chippy will be in Barmera, SA.

No apologies needed.  Have fun in SA (that's probably an oxymoron), as best you can.

Yeah, no apologies needed.   You probably will have fun as there will be VICs visiting.

G'day all,
I'd like to come along. As it looks like there are only a few riders, do we need to have the set menu now?  ( just an enquiry, as I know this was asked initially but I don't know the actual numbers attending now)
I'm only a short ride away in Warragul.
Cheers

Sue & Russell are in... :thumbs

Michael, are they doing a set menu for us re the $35 or can we choose other stuff from the menu besides the roast?

In saying that, Sue & I are more than happy to have the roast...I'm just curious...

My understanding is that on Sundays is that they only have the set menu - Sunday Roast.

Anyways, it looks like we now have:
  • Nigel
  • Sue & Russell
  • Garry
  • Denis & Diane
  • Rex & Debbie
  • Chris (Ace)
  • Michael & Helen

Feel free to add your name to the list...
Cheers,  Williamson (AKA Michael)

Take me off the list for this one. I have been there today to do a recce. I guessed there was something wrong when I arrived at 12.10 and there was not a bike to be seen. I talked to the owner who would like a final number or as close as possible on Thursday or Friday please. The roast is on but if you let her know if some or all will be partaking. Anyway she was bery helpful.
So. I figure what happened was that ‘we’ talked about moving the date to the 13th but didnt do it and I changed my calendar to the 13th as I am in Mallacoota next week.

Anyway I had a brilliant ride in perfect weather. Fair bit of traffic on the way there but the roads were empty on the way home
I hope you all have a nice day out next week and equally fine weather.

    Oops!  :fp

The question on my lips is, did you end up having the roast???  :popcorn
Sue & I have had it previously and I'd have to say it was one of the best roasts I've had...especially the perfect "crackle".
Hopefully they won't disappoint next Sunday...

Glad you had a great ride though, Gary...even if it was on your own...  :thumbs

    Hi Team,
If we are not too late would you please count Neil & Valerie in for this one, the weather recently has put us ahead on the roof painting and the packing is also looking good so a Sunday ride is our reward. :Christmas_smilie1: :Like: o:)  :slvr13

.... I talked to the owner who would like a final number or as close as possible on Thursday or Friday please....

I'll be calling tomorrow and let 'em know that there'll be 15 for lunch.  I'm sure that more will not be a problem, if they want some extra $$.

.... The roast is on but if you let her know if some or all will be partaking....

And I'll ask about lunch options.  From a call a coupla weeks back, I understood that it was Sunday Roast or nuffin', but it seems like Garry got a different version, so I ask for some clarification.

Stand by for an update Thursday or Friday.

In the meantime, add your name or post your intending attending - err, ya know what I mean.

    What time?

Lunch is usually around 12.30pm but many of us get there quite a bit earlier so we can have a bit of a meet and greet and a chinwag before we sit down for lunch...  :runyay

So...feel free to arrive early, Darren!  :beer
