We only have a Caltex (we rarely use) in town but the tyre dealer (has 4c discount from supermarket) has a pump which the sign suggest is BP but I've seen a Mobil tanker drop the fuel off. There's another pump at the RAA contractor but it's hardly used by anyone.

I believe BP 91 has 10% Ethanol. Not for me
I try to run Caltex 95 when I can

BP has both ULP 91 and E10 http://www.bp.com/en_au/australia/products-services/fuels/regular-fuels.html

If anything E10 has replaced PULP (95) at some Liberty and United branded sites in SA. E10 is usually cheaper than 91 so I use that when returning from dad's place in the Riverland

Ethanol fuel must be plainly labelled to identify it as such by law, there is a standard that enforces this, If stations are selling ethanol blend without labelling at the pump they should be reported. I won't run ethanol blend in anything but I don't have any particular preference for any particular servo. All the fuel here comes from the same bulk tanks and the tankers just fill up and deliver to their particular stations. I think the biggest problem is fuel from servos with low turnover of fuel.

Any of the above, depending on where you are at the time. Some outback servos only had 91 octane fuel, so that's what we used.
