The Kyogle to Murwillumbah road is mostly good with a few rough bits including large potholes especially after wet weather. The road through to Nimbin can have some rough entrances and exits to bridges as well as tyre eating potholes.
Take care and enjoy Bar stewards.
I'll be thinking of you while I'm at physio.

Home safe at 6:30pm.Great turn out today....had 9 people roll up - just fantastic  :grin
Met up with Sabie, Crocman & Marilou at the BP at Loganholme then headed off down the slab after a coffee/chat.
Caught up with Laurie on the other side of Uki,had a quick break then rolled on into Nimbin.

Lunch was not bad....took a while to arrive with the wait & conversation being interspersed with the funky smell of
sticky-icky, dooba's, spliffs & jazz cigarettes.
The fascist government's local repression tool came past 3 times in their patrol car.Not cool man  :law

We departed via casino, kyogle & Mt Lindsay then said our goodbyes to Sabie in Beaudesert where i discovered my left hand headlight bulb blown  :||||

Thank you to everyone that made it today, i will post the next ride soon.Looking at being in the first or second week of december......coastal.......qld.
Feel free to post your suggestions  ++
It was a good day's ride.....see pics below.

Dreadlocks were flowing freely man, the food was righteous dude and dudettes, the left wing right wing oppressive blue clothed favoritists did go by man, but we made a stand for coffee and coffeedom.

We rode our iron horses man, while biting down on more of the wholesome green brownies.....  A big gotcha man and thumbs up to STimpy. .... You're a righteous dude man .... but I didn't see Ren, like where's Ren, and that Wally Dude in his stripped pajamas man.

We cruised, we got the vibes........

Started out at 7am, got home at 9pm absolutely stuffed, had to have a break at  Caboolture and some dinner, great day but, and some awesome scenery and roads. Thanks to STimpy, Crocman and Marilou (goodbye heart Mari .... Stop it get out of my head) private joke between Croc, Marilou and me sorry.

And a big thanks to everyone who turned up .. Good conversation, good company, and sorry lousy food..

Sab

Big thanks to STimpy for organizing another great day.  Really good to catch up with everyone.  I kicked off about 6AM at Meringandan.  After Streak's photographic proliferation I felt I had better try a bit harder.  First stop Mt Kynock on the range at Toowoomba, overlooking the Lockyer Valley.

Travelled through wide farmland of the Darling Downs, then Cunninghams Gap with its fantastic views and on through Aratula and into the Fassifern Valley to Boonah.  They have a magical clock in the main street, and it is made of farm machinery and has bells and whistles.
Continued via Beaudesert, Mt Lindsay Highway and Summerland Way to Kyogle and then over a goat track to Nimbin.
After lunch, off to the coast and decided had plenty of time to continue home via the slab.  673Km for the day.
Big day, loved it.  Thanks Guys,
Phil

The Blumbergville clock is a fantastic bit of recycled engineering.
It's interesting reading discovering where all the parts were sourced from to make the sculptural timepiece  :grin
