Here's hoping you've got some sick leave/LSL to draw upon.
Get moving as soon as they let you- it's the best way to recover.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Bugga the sick leave...be straight onto the super fund and claiming against all that insurance you keep paying for...same goes for Credit Card and Loan insurances...heal well Leo
One day you will wake up and there won't be anymore time to do the things you've always wanted so do them NOW!!!

I think you do a lot of refining judging by your alternative medicine photo album.

Taste testing new brews is more enjoyable than taking an opium derived tablet.
After all it is alternative medicine  :p

Leo,

While the bike is obviously the most important thing to consider to get it back on the road, can you still do the roses?

My appointment with physio was encouraging today
Everything seems to be doing what it is surpost to be doing
Rest for another 4 weeks with a little excercise let everything heel. Then increase the work load
Definitely no bike riding for at least 3 months maybe more
No car driving for another 4 weeks plus

I feel for you.  I don't know if I could handle no riding for three months.  Glad to hear the other news was encouraging.  Hang in there.
