Victorian Lunch RTE Mansfield Saturday 16th of February

Rough Distances

Melbourne 200km
Geelong 299km
Canberra 562km


This will be the last Run in Victoria before National Rally in March, so is a good opportunity for any new faces to come along and meet the crew, and also for anyone doing the ride over to Middletion for National Rally to get together to see what everyone is doing.

If your leaving from a certain place and want to put up a meeting point, please do so :) otherwise we will see you at the Kevington Hotel at 12.30pm

So if you are keen to come please post below!

If I did not have a competing event in Queensland I might have gone, as I like the ride to Mansfield and it is a nice place.

Sorry i don't think I will be able to make this ride.. Although the dirt road ride from over here to Kevington would be good on the Varadero....  :thumbs

From drouin up to noojee. Right to mt matlock over corn hill then woods point jamieson rd to the pu .  we drive over there all the time i  the 4wd.

Probs pakeham cockatoo healeaville yea alexamdra eildon jamieson. That road from eildon to jamieaon would be nice now its bitumen. Hills and bends a plenty.
If i was up there i would licola jamieson rd over mt skene but all dirt past licola. Was up that way new years day on the bike

Put me down, perhaps non ST mate as well.
Planning to come up from the Mornington Peninisula via Warburton, Reefton, Matlock and Woods Point...will be stopping for coffee at Warburton around 8.30/9 am if anyone else is interested in that route,

Thanks for coming along mate. It was a great day... That road back to Eildon I thought would never end :D

I'm going to check video tomorrow, should have some good footage.

Had a great day. Left home 8am, got home 6:45 pm, all up 683 k's. A nice place for lunch on a hot day.
Marcus and got to ride through a loverly refreshing thunderstorm at Daylesford on the way home - nice.

I think I need new tyres... My back wheel was sliding out a few times on those bends. Maybe they are flat on the bottom, not many bends where I live :D

Great ride and day out guys.  Yep,  lots of kms, lots of heat and nearly 3 litres of Powerade to recover when I got home. :beer

Doggy, you did a really good job on the back tyre on your way in. I remember checking it out when you arrived at the pub.
I think it probably had turned into a slick by the time you got back home to Traralgon considering the extra workout it got
on the way back to Eildon.
