This is a return to the first OzSTOC Christmas RTE location.
The last time we were here was back in 2011 (This was the first RTE I ever attended) so I thought it would be nice to return

Looks lonely!  I hope others turned up.  I kept my options open, but then got a slot at the hospital last night for an angiogram, so took it, but not allowed to ride until tomorrow. 
Arteries all clear, but there's a dodgy valve that will need to be lapped and seated.  I guess I'm older (and have done more kays) than my ST.  By my age she might have to admit to needing the same treatment.

That explains your notable absence.

I'd hate to think what they'd find if they looked at mine.

The fish and chips from Savige's Seafood were delicious and a big feed.

Hopefully, we'll catch up with you on another RTE soon.

What a great day
I left Toowoomba at 8.00. Drove  out to Hampton then down to Esk ( love this road) 😍
Then over to Kilcoy then onto Bribie Island.I found the park where the Christmas RTE was happening
Shiney and Carol were their with the OzSTOC flag on display
Soon after everyone else rolled in. After a bit of chatter we decided it was time for lunch.
As we were on the coast fish and chips was decided as our lunch of the day
So a few of us headed across the road to the fish and chips shop
We all returned with a big feed which was very enjoyable
After some more chatter I decided it was time to head for home
I pulled up at Esk at a roadside fruit shop and bought some mangoes
I arrived home about 4.00
Great to catch up with everyone
Thanks to Shiney and Gadget for organising a great day

Carrol and I had a great time with everyone
We didn't take Darkwing as Carrol wasn't doing very well with the heat so we took the car.

We arrived early and snagged a table then put up the flag.



About 30 minutes later Leo arrived and after a bit we were joined by Gadget and Shonee.
We had a good chat for a wile then were joined by Draco and Rose.



We had a great feed and enjoyed catching up with everyone
