Have been watching a facebook thread on this article.

Some questions have been raised as to the difference between 'legal' and 'not illegal" .    :o :o :o :o :fp

Personally I am too old and stupid   :OldMan   to really understand the subtle difference but according to the keyboard legal eagle warriors there is a difference.   :CB--

Either way in my opinion this has opened the door to allowing something that I can not believe was ever considered illegal in the first place.

Will continue to watch with interest.    :popcorn :popcorn :popcorn :popcorn :popcorn

The appeal would have cost a pretty penny. Normally, costs are not awarded when you win in a "criminal" matter.

An example of the difference between lagal, and not illegal can be found in WA. There was no Law to say lane filtering was legal, it was just that there was no Law to say it wasnt permitted, and Police werent going to make a move either way. You could get a ticket for failing to overtake correctly if Mr Plod wanted so to do.
