Has anyone fallen off/over and that foam armour stuff ever done any good - i.e. would you say that you were better off by having armoured clothing?
Has it saved a knee or elbow joint from what you reckon may have been worse?
I always ride ATGATT, (and really recommend as much padding/protection as possible).
I have never had the displeasure of testing out the armour in anger. Anyone?
