I think animal testing is a terrible idea.

As Covid restrictions aren't going to be over any time soon I can see why the "State of Emergency" needs to be extended from the current expiry date of September 13...Whether it needs to be extended for another 12 months...well, I guess that remains to be seen...
No "State of Emergency" means no way to enforce quarantine, mask wearing and physical distancing rules. Without those we'd soon be back in lock down...
I'm sure none of us want that...
