80 watts is a very high drain for a LED light.

They're list as rechargeable.  Does that mean they stay on if you have an alternator failure?

URL is easier to find when clickable:

Even better when tidied up:

Description doesn't match the picture.

Its Single row of High Powered LED lights and 20 inches in length, so its both compact and powerful. The single row LED Light Bar is perfect for front mounting to any 4×4

Is it one row of 8 or two rows of four?????

Each LED light bar consists of two rows of high intensity LEDs,

Dimensions: 5.5 inch

Not your fault.  The picture and part of the text was for 5.5" Cree LEDS, but most of the description and one of the associated photos was of a light bar.
Careless advertising/ presentation, quite possibly because of language difficulties.  They are usually more accurate in those matters but get erratic in the description section.

This auction by the same seller is better:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/5-5-80W-CREE-LED-WORK-LIGHT-SPOT-4WD-DRIVING-LIGHT-BAR-80-OFFROAD-REPLACE-HID/331032054361?_trksid=p2047675.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222002%26algo%3DSIC.FIT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D11%26meid%3D2372304844312585836%26pid%3D100011%26prg%3D1005%26rk%3D4%26rkt%3D5%26sd%3D231083352410%26

Same product, but a bit dearer.  And they're still including the term "light bar" in the heading.
I'd avoid it, since it's also called a "work light" to make it even more confusing.  The fact it's 80 watt seems dodgy as well.

I have used this eBay seller on a few occasions now.......and whilst there is a language barrier issue, his custmer service is quiet exceptional and fixes any issue rapidly.

I agree with that- his logo is readily recognisable and I've dealt with him also.
I'd still want clarification on the wattage issue before I committed.  His descriptions are usually much better than that example.
