Today's RTE with Nigel, Sarah (Nigel's camera shy daughter) Mick, Neil & Val, Jonathon & Vera, Rex & Debbie, Garry, Chris, Phil, Helen and me saw us all enjoying the hospitality of Barnsey & Company at the Glengarry Pub.
Here we are (sans Sarah) in a pic I've pinched from someone else in front of, and some on, the ceremonial fire place in the covered beer garden.
Good, dry ride to Glengarry with some of us meeting at the Red Duck at Noojee for morning tea, before heading through some twisties dodging leaves and bark on the road between Noojee and Hill End.
Some obligatory group pics - pick the ugly duckling.
Some heavy showers on the way home. Helen and I stayed dry, Lucky Phil was
not-so-lucky due the lack of fairing on his trusty stead, soaked to the skin he was. I offered a dry set of gear to complete his ride, but he declined and headed home to his farm near Broadford, another hour away.
Thanks to all for attending and their good company and humour.
A good rollup. Flag next time.
Marcus!!!!! Your next job is to photoshop the VIC flag into the group pic.
