Manufacturer?  Probably Classic Industries, which is good.  But if Unigo, better.  Perhaps another manufacturer altogether.  And some pics, albeit on the bike, would be good.

If I took some pics of the tow bar is there a way I could send them to you for you to post as I’m not tech savvy at all.
