Pillion Peg Lowering Brackets

    I got some Pillion Peg lowering brackets a couple of weeks ago with my Highway Blades from Motorcycle Larry's, web site.
The idea was to try to get on the good side of the LOTO     (Leader Of The Opposition), she likes them.    Now I can get some finance for more Farkles, 
   Another advantage is I can now easily put my feet on the rear pegs giving me an extra couple of riding positions when solo
The brackets cost $89.95 US. are very well made and lower the rear pegs about 50mm, move them forward about 70mm and move them out from the bike about 30mm giving plenty of clearance between my boots and the Staintunes

I take it these are for the 1300?

          Those are for the ST1300, I checked MCL's site and they arn't on the ST1100 page.

I can't quite see in the pic, but do yours and LOTO's boots keep hitting/touching each other, or is there enough clearance?

      No problems with our boots touching, I'm size 11 & LOTL    is size 9 1/2.  I think it's because the rear pegs are now out further.
  Because she is used to the floorboards on the Valkyrie she likes to have the ball of her foot on the peg and her heel on the bit of aluminium that sticks out to protect the muffler.   ::)

The rider footpeg lowering brackets are fine for me but some riders may find they drag too early when cornering.

Yeah, I've had them on for about 12 months and have no problems with them.

I take a size 12 and the war office takes 8 1/2 and our feet don't make contact.

Then again, just thought, I am a 'flapper', I don't ride with the ball of my foot on the peg, I ride with the arch of my foot on it so that MAY make a difference, don't know.
