Where is this - game
« on: December 05, 2016, 12:58:28 PM »
ok .... a new game.

the idea is to provide a photo of your STeed in front of something iconic ..... or 'easily' identifiable and the person who guesses correctly gets to either post a photo themselves OR nominate someone to post a photo.

sooo .... to start the game off here we go with something relatively simple .....

Where is this?

I thought it was Double Island Point, QLD, but there's no sealed road up to it.

Can we try and narrow it down.  Is it in Tasmania,  must be near civilisation as fish is there on his Harley and we all know they can't go more than 50km from a servo or 100km from a dealership.

It's not Tassie, although Fish and his HD have been there. :grin

Split Point Lighthouse !

Have another go Gadget, I was just lucky to know that specific one and, now I've relocated back to NZ, I don't have many photos of my ST and any great Australian landmark.

Split point light house made famous by the ABC kids show "Round the twist"

Who said it has to be an Aussie landmark. There must be some well known ones across the ditch. I can think of a few. Have a go Steve.

Dunno, but it would look highly appropriate with a lightning bolt hitting it.
