Hot off the press... I still don't have a swivel hitch yet, and may want to shorten the draw bar a little more.
I wanted to licence it so I could get used to towing it in preparation for the lap.
Empty weight is 70kg :-)

So 14'' steel wheels ?? you may be able to save some more weight if you could fine a little pair of Alloys of a small car :think1
Are you carrying a spare or just plan on using slime etc ??

13" wheels... still thinking about a spare, but will have slime, etc. anyway. I'd love alloys, but they're not cheap.

The trailer itself can take (probably) another 150+ kg, but I've limited it to 140 on the VIN. However, the cargo pod has a stated limit of 60 - a lot less than it can actually carry.
I'm likely to take a spare rear, but still thinking all of this through

If your tyres are tubeless, I would suggest a StopnGo tyre plug kit and a decent compressor

Do you know who stocks StopNGo repair kits in Perth? Or do I have to import a kit?

I got mine from Tomcat Distribution in NSW (see the link) Tyres for Bikes in Vic park may carry them.
The kit is very good. Dont go for a small cigarette pack sized compressor, as the gears are plastic and willfail when you need it most. Supercheap/repco etc do a reasonably small unit that will do the job well.

Those can be very difficult to use, and are very messy. I have broken a couple of the gummy worm insert tools. Not a good thing when stuck on the side of the road. The mushroom plugs are very easy to use
