ST1300 L side engine guard
« on: October 02, 2018, 07:30:42 PM »
WANTED: Left side engine guard for a 2011 ST1300.

Blue City Cycles have them for $190. I've seen them here and there for around $90 second hand (quality unknown). Any ideas where I may find one at a reasonable price?

Are you sure you have the correct part number?    Part 64265-MCS-G01  (Left Siide Engine Guard Cover) is only $14USD from Ron Ayres.

Nope not the plastic cover, the guard itself (64216-MCS-A30). Having a look under the fairing and discovered a previous owner has bent it....also looking to get a fairing screw/bolt kit to rectify the mishmash of different fasteners holding the fairing on!

Sorry to get your hopes up for a cheap solution.    :fp
Bodywork clips are readily available from Honda, but they are a bit pricey if you are buying a few.  I believe there are alternatives and I'm sure someone will chip in with some advice.
