Corbin Seat
« on: February 06, 2014, 09:46:34 PM »
I went to a lot of trouble buying a Corbin seat for my 1300, the intent was to find a seat the Missus would be happy on.  I spent about $750 purchasing a leather Black top and White sides (to suit Police bike).  However, the Missus doesn't like it.  Unfortunately I cannot comment on the size or shape of here arse.  So it looks like I am up to selling it.  Have not taken a photo as yet, but if anybody is interested, post a reply and I will take a happy snap and post it.
Cheers,
Mick.

Seeing it is very new, and not a daily user.  I was thinking that $400 is a reasonable price.  Depends on where it goes, the buyer can pick up the freight charge.
Cheers,
Mick.

Aaah - I see the problem   :think1- That seat is very narrow for an aftermarket seat for the pillion. The Sargeant seat is a lot wider and goes right out to the grab handles. My Mrs was very happy with the change to the Sargeant seat from the OEM narrow pillion seat. At $600 it was cheaper then the Corbin as well  :thumbs

Yeh, I spoke to a fellow OZTOCK rider here in WA with a Sargeant seat, and he loved it.  I was of the understanding the Corbin was a cut above the Sargeant, but sadly mistaken.  But it has a great Pilot's perch.  Nevertheless, Duncan in Brissy wants it, so it is off to Qld now.
Thanks for your interest.
Cheers,
Mick.
