Some information:
Costs: $50 to $70
We have been able to sustain $50 for a number of years, but based on General increase costs of everything and that I haven’t asked for member contributions to the forum for a few years the kitty is dry in relation to being able to cover the little unforeseen rally related extras. I.e Meet and Greet food.
Rally Pins particularly are a double edged sword as we cannot guarantee a price per pin until we place the order, so there cost is numbers dependant.
$10 is added for the bus. We are hiring a 21 seat coaster bus with the intention of 2 or 3 trips into dinner and a courtesy bus style arrangement to get you back to the park after the dinner to cover the early to bed crowd and and later bus for those who wish to close the place after demolishing the top shelf.

All perfectly reasonable! Every Rally I've ever been involved in aims to end with a modest profit which can roll over to the next one if not required in between times.
Agree here Bill, a modest increase in the context of years since the last NatRally, current economic climate and overall cost of travel to and from Mudgee.

51 names on list & only 36 registered rego closes on 15th of next month so get to and register let’s make 2023 NR a good one have great dinner location and an even better guest speaker for the night cheers. Joso
There are often some attending (the event and / or dinner) but do not wish to register ($$ might be a bit tight), and that's okay. It would be good for these people to message Joso (Robert) and / or ST2UP (Chis) so that our Saturday evening dinner venue has accurate numbers for catering and seating purposes.

Folks, with approx. 53 indicating as attending (in the other thread) the numbers just don't add up. We know there are a few who don't want to, or have difficulties registering, (either is okay), but we are still a few (perhaps 6 to 8) short.
There are a few attending with their wife, partner, a friend, significant (or not) other, this needs to be clarified if Management at the dinner venue is going to be given a reasonably accurate number for seating and catering purposes.
So come on, let the organisers know.

I have needed to now officially close registration as guaranteed delivery of Pins is 2 days before we travel to Rally with the Rally pack contents…..so that 48 people, naturally more are welcome and I have just a couple of spare packs…..but cannot go close to ensuring you a pin patch Shirt after this post.
