Those staying overnight will need to book their own accommodation, rooms available on-site, at the YHA or at plenty of other places at the Bay. 

Neil & Val, Nigel and I stayed at the YHA earlier this year, excellent rooms, clean and tidy, and relatively little $$, ie. cheap but NOT nasty. 
We also ate at the brewhouse, excellent meal, and the drink range is extensive, I don't remember how many dark ales were consumed.
