Well...about time!!
I bought my shiny red ST1300 in April this year( from a mate who thought he was too old to continue on it) and finally got back to this great site to introduce myself.
I'm Patto (Rex) from sunny Port Macquarie....Port's claim to fame is it has been deemed the most ideal climate in Australia (why then am I so cold?)
The Honda St is my 5th bike in the last 10 years and looks like being my favourite as an all rounder.....it's amazed me so far and after a comfy 1500km loop over the past weekend I've confirmed my suspicions again.
I'm keen to be part of the group and join in the discussion and activities.
Anyone in the Port area feel free to give me a hoy.
Cheers Patto

Welcome On In Patto :clap

G'day Patto,
I love Port. My brother and his family live there. He is a Personal Trainer and enters Marathons and Ironman events.
Welcome to the forum.
There is an RTE (Ride To Eat) at Balranald on the 19th Sept if you can spare the time. A large number of us are going to be there.
Remember to put your location (as close as you are comfortable with) on the member map.

Hi Saaz
Well spotted...it is Richard's old bike. I've known Richard for many years as we are both real estate agents and he really looked after and loved the bike.
Thanks for the welcome

Gday,
Welcome and welcome and welcome.
I got my bike from a former (now deceased) member of the forum who lived just outside of Port M.
You will find a great group of gals and guys , a huge amount of wisdom and tech knowledge and great support in all aspects.

Welcome to the fray, Patto.
I you want to reply by quoting someone, just click the "Quote" button on the top right of their post.
PMQ offers a lot, and is a decent sized town. I like the fact it's off the highway, unlike Coffs Harbour which gives me the horrors with its multiple traffic lights and main street highway passage.
You certainly sound like you'll fit right in with a 1500 km ST13 loop under your belt.
