OzSTOC broad brim hat on trial
« on: February 08, 2016, 08:25:13 PM »
Another new OzSTOC shop product has made it through to the trial stage.

We have been concerned about he lack of a broad brim hat in our merchandise looking at the amount of time members spend in the sun both off the bikes and with the sun beaming in through our helmet visors.

There have been times when we have all taken off our helmets from a long ride and exposure to the sun and felt the effects of sunburn to only now spend more time in the sun at events. The caps will still remain available in the OzSTOC shop and the broad brim hat will be in addition.

Our shop keepers PC and Navgirl while on their way to National Rally in WA will be attending a few OzSTOC RTE's and catching up with members along the way.....they will have the new trial hat with them, so check it out and give us some feedback  :thumbsup

I like this idea.  Would they be  a range of sizes?   Most bucket hats I try are made for children's noggins.

A great idea but I would want a colour that wasn't a heat sink.

I would buy an OZSTOC bucket hat.  I think white would be nice, to match the bike.  This colour would reflect the heat.  There is always the tinfoil option...

I also will take one in what ever colour ..... but would prefer NOT white as they sho0w too much dirt.

I would definitely go an orange or orange combo.

to be perfectly honest I wear black and dark blue bucket hats ALL THE TIME and really don't feel the heat sink effect ..... and I live in bloody HOT north Queensland.
