stupid question here...
what is/dose a fuse block do? does it make it easier to attach electricals such as lights and chargers and the like?
do any of you have recommended brands or types?
I'm looking at putting some LED (clearwaters i think) lights on plus a couple of charging ports for phones, gps etc
Any advice and info very welcomed

Not a stupid question at all.
A fuse block is a block of fuses that can power switched and hot power4ed accessories
Try here for an example.

The other advantages are that it keeps all your fuses for your farkles in (hopefully) one easy to access location.

I use the FZ-1 Fuzeblock and have done on all my bikes for the past 8yrs or so..KLR650-FJR-Vulcan etc. I get the 5' harness and Posi-taps...run the one set of cable to the battery with in line fuse, Posi-tap to dash light and run all fuses on the tripped power side...mount it where it is easily accessible (under windscreen on KLR, under seat on FJR) run everything through it-12v accessory plug, spotlights, GPS, Sena SR10 Adapter etc. Only thing it won't run is heated grips.

Since the last firmware upgrade to Android 8.0, the auto-terrorist has become very militant. Even when I type the letters carefully and it's the correct word, it then changes it to something else as soon as I hit the space bar.
