Hey Diesel.........I keep a 90 x 140mm block of wood 20mm thick in the right hand fairing pocket. Attached to the block is a length of thin stretch rope, about 3mm thick. If I'm on soft ground it's just a matter of hanging on to one end of the stretch rope and dropping the block, then move it into place with my left foot. I have a small loop on the end of the rope I'm hanging on to, and I just slip that over my left hand grip. When leaving, just stand up the bike, take the loop off the hand grip and pull up the wooden block, wind the rope around the block, drop in into the right fairing pocket.........and away ya go!! Too simple but it works well for me!! :)
