We have an Evakool 47 lt esky.   See  http://www.evakool.com/evakool-47-litre-fibreglass-icebox (http://www.evakool.com/evakool-47-litre-fibreglass-icebox)
Well stocked, with a two frozen 2lt ice blocks and one bag of ice, it's still got plenty of ice left after a week in the back of the ute.   On the last trip, it was two days before any melt water could be drained off.

We have the Chilly Chest https://www.techniice.com/ice-boxes/chillychest/cc50l-ice-box.html (https://www.techniice.com/ice-boxes/chillychest/cc50l-ice-box.html)

Recently used on our trip to Perth and one bag of ice bought in Norseman on the way home still had some left about 4 days later at home.

Some of these came with ours but I've never used them https://www.techniice.com/dry-ice-packs.html (https://www.techniice.com/dry-ice-packs.html)

Alan we have the ice packs and find them good. You can add them to the top of any fridge to make it more efficient. Powered or not.
