Time: 12.00pm for lunch

After Lunch it is onto the National Motor Museum

Well as it's a Satdy and so close to home, the good lady wife and I will be able to attend this one for lunch but not the museum, we have been recently.

Heather's long awaited knee replacement op is being done on the 1st August which we only got notified of yesterday (due cancellation).

At the moment we won't be able to make this one......but I'll leave it open for now.

Heather's knee is ok, still painful but good enough for me to leave her for the day. Not sure if I can make it yet, because:-

I recently did a front tyre change and no dramas there but it looks like I might have forgotten to tighten up one important bolt. It's the hex bolt where the anti-dive and calliper bracket bolt together on the RH lower fork (ABS model).

The bolt is on order and I hope it gets in before Friday.

I haven't heard anything from the bike shop since I rang them on monday about my missing hex bolt so it look like this is a no goer event for me.

Guys, the weather forecast for the next few days is horrible, particularly in the hills. I will see what it's like tomorrow before final decision to attend RTE.

Just watched the news and gorge road has Been closed again until weather improves. If it is like this tomorrow I will catch you for the overland corner ride

Latest forecast - severe weather warning for Adelaide Metropolitan and Mount Lofty ranges. 80% chance of rain on Saturday. Chance of Thunderstorms and small hail until late afternoon.
