Capt Thunderbolt is on a Charity ride
« on: April 18, 2017, 08:02:57 AM »
Good morning everyone,

I and my new ST are off on a Charity Ride from Melbourne to Cairns on the 6th of June.

I will let the flyer explain the ride for me and why this is important to me and so very important to the people who will benifit from the money the riding group I'm with can raise for Beyond Blue. I hope some of you may be able to assist in any small way.

I will be in my OzSTOC jacket and we would love to see a wave if you see our group on the road.

I will post our itinerary soon.

Thank you,

Nev & Mariea.

Glad to chip in to Nev's effort.
Will try to find him in Strathpine next Wednesday.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

All the best Neville. I was hoping to catch you somewhere today but last minute family arrangements mean I cant make it. Cheers.

Ah, right!  That would explain how he was able to be in Lightning Ridge today introducing his son and mate to FarRiding.   :-[
