can you post the link where you ordered the clutch line and how much it costs?
I have been using the original cltuch line with helibar 3.2 for the past 2 yrs with no trouble.
it is a good idea to change lines if they leak are dry and stiff or older than 8-10 yrs imho.
if the fluid flush fill and bleed gives simmialrreult (ie spongy weak cklutch feel) you will need the master cylinder kit from honda which is not expensive (< $30) and can be replaced providing you have a good circlip plier.
an honest mechanic should charge 30 min labour for fluid flush fill and bleed and another 30 min for master cylinder rebuild (+/- $120)
