Does anyone know just what causes this message and how to fix it - I've loaded pictures taken with the same phone and loaded it onto the same computer into the same folder (I hate IT)

Ha! Ha!  I hover the mouse over the pic and the "Status bar" at the bottom of the page has a reference to Seymour.  That may help, or it may not help, as I may have stored some pics correctly in the Seymour folder, but I may have done that to mislead you guys.
