As you previously mentioned, it's gonna be too bloody hot to go for a ride over the next few days.

Considering we waited the best part of 2 months to solve a "where is it pic" a while back, I reckon a few days wait won't kill us...

Actually in this current climate of property price crazyness, $65,000 isn't back for a structurally sound building with a bit of land. Particularly if you embrace the hermit lifestyle.
