Title: Problem Searching for a Member
Post by: StinkyPete on February 20, 2021, 07:44:31 AM
I went to search for a member this morning, using the "Members - Searching for Members" menu, and encountered this message on a white screen....

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If you do a refresh on the page, it will work the next time. Something must have changed in the BBS software that is causing the problems. It will be up to the boffins to get it sorted.

Refreshing the page allowed me to do a search but didn't work for me trying to click posts in this window:

There's definitely gremlins at work because I can only log in for an hour.  Once upon a time it recognised me as being a member with credibility and let me login "forever".  Then it went to "1 day".  One hour is enough- I can see all I want to see in about 2 minutes,  but it's nice to feel you belong without having to get a ticket every time I come here.
