2003 model, 70000kms, 8500.
Have you guys got a consolidated ebay/cheap bargains thread?
-
There is a for sale thread, but any bargains members come across are always welcome. That ST13 must be modified as it has 6 speeds (as it is not the owner selling probably understandable)

At least this one managed to realise that the ST has got a Shaft Drive, not a CHAIN!! :rofl :crackup

Does have a car motor though... :crazy
-
Im pretty sure if I was given the task of selling a dead mates bike, I wouldn't be too concerned about getting the technical details down pat.

I have been told that the original V4 motor was used in a small van in Japan by Honda before it was used for the ST1100. Not completely sure this is correct but it would be a great motor for a small van.

Yeah - good point STutter.
I know the V4 would be better suited to a car that a straight 4 from a crotch rocket. Mainly because of its flatter torque curve and larger power band. (Don't have to get to 6 grand before developing decent HP.
Here is an ST1100 motor in a 3 wheeled car - owned by OzSTOC Member John from Orange in NSW....
