Malware warning on following link to forum notification
« on: April 15, 2018, 09:20:59 AM »
Hi all,  I've been getting this warning when clicking on the email link to new notifications of forum posts.

Has anybody else been getting them?

Doesn't appear to be a problem from scans,  just annoying.

My security settings too high?

Cheers

It appears to be the Microsoft forced marketing pop up....they want everyone on to web based Office 365....at a recent contract could not open heaps of Office files with similar messages, has something to do with removal of backwards compatability to like Office 2013 etc. being removed...does not appear to be a Malware warning
One day you will wake up and there won't be anymore time to do the things you've always wanted so do them NOW!!!
Remember there are 7 days in a week and Someday isn't one of them!

Do a Google search- there will be a fix.  Always works for me!
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Problem solvered.  :like

Opened the other email app on my phone, told it I didn't want to use outlook as default.

Outlook then allowed me to download emails from my account to that app, clicked on the ozstoc link to a reply, opened straight away.

Deleted outlook app  :cuss from my phone
