There is no picture, and what summary do you mean.

Where is the picture housed, on your puter or on the interweb in something like photobucket.

If you mean your profile picture then hover cursor over "Profile" in the menu across the page under your user name and you will see three options.

Select "Forum Profile" and you should be able to see the information you seek.

"Upload Avatar" is to upload a small picture for your profile. I'm not sure what the maximum size is but I did mine at 65 x 65 pixels.

There's a few other options in there as well.
