We're working on a change for this RTE as the Mallee Fowl doesn't open until 6.00pm, which was was quite poor research on my part, and I apologise for that.   :law

Any suggestiong for an alternative place for Saturday (Election Day) lunch?

This RTE will be changed from the Mallee Fowl Restaraunt (not open for lunch)  to  The Lakes Bakery Cafe at Barmera.    See  https://goo.gl/maps/pX6ynpCjWy3L9YwZ6
I'll amwend the main thread in the next day or so.

Make sure you get your vote in ahead of time - State Election Day.

Which also means we won't be there as we're working on the day in a polling booth somewhere nearby.

Hopefully they don't hold the Federal election on the 14th May when we have the Edithburgh RTE

Unfortunately, I have an all day competition on that day, so I won't be able to be there, even though it is my local one.

I'm a pistol shooter, and this is a club championship shoot day. Programmed by me, too. I should have checked here first. :rofl :rofl

My archery club has it's annual target championships on this same day as well.    I'm conflicted  :fp  as I would stand half a chance in the Veterans category in which I shoot.

We can't have the embarrassment of Victorians being the only attendees at one of our RTE's again! :fp

Don't worry.  I intend to be there.  That said, I am looking to Victoria in lieu of Edithburgh since I couldn't find accommodation at Edithburgh.

Yeah, fair enough. I just thought if circumstances were such that a change of dates was worth considering and it suited everyone, it might be a good option that results in increased numbers attending
