Excellent effort.

Having done a much smaller ride myself in July this year from Mudgee to Young via Sofala.
Almost 330klms in 17 hours over 3 days.

What you have acheived is pure Gold Medal effort.
Huge round of applause to your support crew also. :hatwave

Out in the country I always give the pushie guys a thumbs up as I pass or a wave approaching because I reckon they're pretty hard-core compared with us petrol burners.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Well done on your pushbike effort Robert.
I have done a 5 day Wilderness bike ride and i came away with a lot of respect for the serious "pushies".
Have you seen what Dick (Greencan) has achieved while holiday in Alice? :thumbs :candystwheelie

Having not been a push bike rider - Until I came up with the idea to do my ride (okay maybe brain snap would be closer to the mark)

I spent 9 months doing serious klms to get fit enough (the real reason was to get fit - the ride was a donations bonus for Starlight Foundation).

And as the serious pushie's will be nodding in agrement here are the stats.

Just to do a 330 klms ride - I trained a total of 2,500 km to be fit enough to get back on everyday. (  :|||| I thought it would take 3 months)

Anything acheived by pushing pedal's alone is serious effort and untold mental goals are achieved every km.

Again  :hatwave my hat's off to you all....
