Memorial Ride

Anyone going on the davo memorial ride on sat. I intend to probably leaving gosnells at 9.30-9.45 to be at Gingers at 10.30.

Gingers has been the name since I can remember since about 1965 maybe.  :grin The memory is fading though   :fp

Yep, been Gingers since forever. I remember the the old Roadhouse, (shack with fuel pumps, and a real greasy spoon kitchen). Used to pop down from the RAAF base for a late night feed, there was no Bullsbrook back then (except for the Pub)

had a great ride, good food, company and watched a great game of footy. Not a bad place for an RTE.  :eat

Thanks to all.  :grin  I was working between Lancelin and Cataby yesterday and came down between Brand Hwy and Ocean Road and drove on some good roads.  Wot thuh  Maybe an RTE next year is on the cards to either Lancelin, Cervantes or Jurien for lunch  :think1

This memorial ride will always be held in September but not on a Fathers Day weekend out of respect for Willow's wishes.
A head count on the day had 42 riders and pillions in attendance and I have a count of 17Wrong  24 IBA rides under certification thanks to Toura's great effort.
