I managed to listen to the show just at the right time.  Sounded pretty good, manflu and all    It is a bit of a worry if riders think 500kms in a day is a lot..I mean it was not a lot 30 years ago!  FarRiders need to get on the show, particulary Ox, who they would think is crazy
