[ Until now I've just said on the forum count me in and rocked up.As for me - registration can be a pain as I never know if I can make it until about a week or two before the event though this year is looking better.
Kev If you want to train to Sydney Campbelltown I'd pick you up take you to Wooli then home to Portland, in the car.I have to cancel, as I have no way or means of getting there. If you do decide the train suggestion for what ever reason we will collect you from Grafton and return if you wish.
cheers

I am not sure if I managed to make a request for an extra shirt when I went through the registration process. Can someone please check and let me know the cost and how to pay?
Thanks
STroppy
Everyone below is indicated as attending....BUT we only have half of you registered ;-*When I know for sure you'll know. Not to fussed about a rally pack at the moment - more important that we get the cash turn up instead of worrying about a few trinkets. As for me - registration can be a pain as I never know if I can make it until about a week or two before the event though this year is looking better.
Hey Fellow OzSTOC-ers... being on holidays in the area, we got to visit the Big4 Wooli yesterday... it's a lovely spot (our site is primo :grin)... 1 mozzie, no flies but don't forget to pack the Aerogard anyway... and Rum :p ... they are looking forward to us coming... driving around, we noticed plenty of holiday rentals.... the Wooli shop, servo (ULP91= 143.9c/Lt) and hotel/motel are close by.... we were there at 2pm-ish and hungry, so we went to investigate the eating opportunities... there was the pub, the bowls club and the oyster/fish & chip shop down on the river... and a very nice cafe called Little Fish, that does breakfast, lunches and 'good coffee'... they also had gluten-free options (we had a delicious late-lunch there)... carry some cash, EFTPOS is more miss than hit... there's an ATM at the bowls club... the road into Wooli from the M1 was well sign-posted, good two-lane bitumen and tall timberland forest all the way in... see you all in October. Cheers, John & Kate.

The shirts look great and very glad to see Polo style, well done.
I am interested in ordering an extra one but would like to know what material they are?

I think they are %100 polyester in order to have the sublimation printing process done WAG
So as mentioned we are going to make the shirt available for members unable to attend National Rally.....$47 incl Postage in Aust.
Send me a PM or FB inbox with your details, Name/Address/Size: But the offer strictly ends 31/08/17 !! So I can place the order..... :wink1
Last year we allowed a number of the left over W.A shirts to be sold off cheap...
In previous years it was understood that to receive the rally shirt you needed to make the effort to get to rally and the shirt was your "Badge of Honour" for attending :wink1
While I understand this concept and appreciate the view point...but we wish to ensure a more inclusive club experience for all our members and from a overall club perspective I would much rather see our club and any clothing that can promote our group out there in the public arena and on display ;-*

The shirts are made using a technique called Sublimation, its is a Polo design with a collar and an internal top pocket on the left breast.
We shall toast some fine rums to you in your absence, which ironically will open the NatRally vacancy for a skilled individual to step up and take your place to toast ....
... some fine rums...
... some fine rums...
... we'll be carrying two fine drops - Pusser's and Iridium (FNQ Rum Co, Mt Uncle via Mareeba)... we'll raise a glass to Diesel, in his regrettable absence... Cheers, John & Kate.
..... We just need to re-enforce that Wooli is a VERY small coastal Hamlet that only provides basic services, so you WILL need to ensure that you bring any items you consider essential with you or collect in Coffs Harbour or Grafton prior to heading out to Wooli.
.... The Wooli SES act as a Community First Responders .....
I feel the need to start an argument about the Origin Blue colour but it would only result in the Maroons winning it :Stirpot

There will be a hint of the glorious victorious Maroon colour evident in 2018, I'm sure... We're more than happy to see youse guys enjoy your colour this year. Ironically, sky blue is my favourite colour in every way except football jerseys. :p
An old riding mates wife rang Leanne last night saying they had babysitters for the weekend commencing 20th October & asked if we were free for a weekend ride, Leanne responded with unfortunately we are attending the Ozstoc annual rally in Wooli that weekend though you could probably come along? Hence the reason for my email - would anyone mind if a Yamahaha cruiser type rider & partner tagged along? They promised not to get in the way of group photo's etc but would like to join us for lunch & dinner? What say thee?

My back is playing me up chronic at the moment, have had a fairly restricted regime to get it back on track the last couple of days. But, final checkover for Candy tomorrow at Tucker Motorcycles in Mount Barker tomorrow (quote: "My Dad had one of these, beautiful bike"). Departing Wednesday morning for Broken Hill, have a look around, Thursday ride as far as Narrabri I think, then last few hundred k to Wooli Friday morning. When you get to Gunnedah blow the horn at the first roundabout so I can have a little cry.

I must admit that the NSW constabulary :cop must have been made aware of the gathering of STeeds because I counted well over a dozen of the well camouflaged variety on my journey to and from the rally, however they stayed noticeably absent from the Rally venue,
I only wish that work commitments had not limited me to two nights.
They were just the usual revenue unit going about their normal daily business >:()

Shillas, where's the SA flag? :OldMan
Congratulations and thanks again to the organising committee, fortunately the weather didn't dampen the enthusiasm OZSTOCers have for standing or sitting around yarning. A great weekend in great company. ++ ++ ++ ++
I had a relatively short trip to Stanthorpe on Monday and was pleased to have planned it that way! About 40km from Tenterfield I caught up to the rain and storms and did the last 100 or so kilometres in showers and the proverbial raining cats and dogs. The final leg on Tuesday was brilliant - partly cloudy, 15-25C and little to no traffic - the kind of days the ST was designed for I think.
Stay safe everyone and see you at the next RTE/rally/whatever.
Cheers
David B
