Mmm, lots of things have happened at Greenwell Point Bowling Club since you guys were there this year. The people running the Bistro (not the Chinese Restaurant) have walked after a confrontation with the Secretary Manager. The Secretary Manager has given a member of his family the contract to run the Bistro, prices have doubled at a minimum. Talk of corruption and in the club, with a member of the board being appointed as a 3 day a week Green keeper on a contract worth over a $100,000.00.
All sorts of shenanigans going on over at that club. Word is that the Members are about to revolt.

Oops. Just noticed the date. This is still more than a year away. :H I thought it was strange to go back for an RTE to the same spot less than a month later. :||||

Guys, JWM is refering to the same club we had our RTE at. Don't worry, the Chinese restaurant is even better and that remains unaffected so I will make sure a booking is made at the restaurant and not the Bistro. Most attendees did mention at a preference for the Chinese food. "Simples" :thumbs

Nice run down via Kangaroo Valley and an even better ride home via Nerriga not much traffic apart from Nowra
Enjoyed fish and chips and stayed for an hour with sea views but not another OzStocer sighted
Did see a green 1100 on the road back to Nowra

Yes but I think there may be a stewards enquiry in the wind? Who would of throught NOT bribing the judge would get you first place???
