I've loaded the ST1100 manual and it consists of 27 PDF files plus a Common Service Manual.

The link worked for me. Have a problem with bubbling in the radiator overflow or reservoir. Put in a new thermostat and radiator cap which helped. Might need to see a mechanic I think.

The hose connecting the tank to the thermostat housing may have a crack, that can cause air to get in

Thanks Brock. I checked the overflow hose to the reserve tank and all good. With the radiator cap on and engine warmed up any revving causes bubbling in the reserve coolant tank. I didn’t think this would be acceptable. Wondering if I’ve done a head gasket

That is possible, a compression test could show that. Even making up an adapter to screw into the spark plug hole that would allow compressed air to be fed in to the cylinder could test for that.

Also possible to have a cracked head which could be repairable.

Hi all, I’m having difficulty downloading the file. I already have the Honda workshop manual but would also like the common service manual. Any help would be muchly appreciated. Ta.
