Trailer suitable for ST
« on: September 12, 2019, 01:24:25 PM »
Nearly finished a trailer for transporting an ST. New floor and ramp made and just needs small repair and paint. Oh and a front wheel chock and tie down points. Any ideas where to get a good wheel chock would be appreciated.

Trailer will be in or around Croydon Victoria.

Good skills Garry!!

But .............

   *   Is the length of the ramp such that only one or both ST wheels are on it at a time?

   *   Any idea what mass the ramp can handle?

Nice work Ppopeye.  :thumb  I assume there's enough clearance under the belly of the ST, so it doesn't bottom out at the top of the ramp.    It's been a lot of years since I've built a trailer.

>I am yet to check that but I am hoping the gentle slope will make it ok. Otherwise I will just have to find a slightly uphill slope for the ramp.
