quick intro as a 64yr old newbie.
I was sent to Bunnings by the Minister of War and Finance in 2006 and came home with an ST1100P. Cant remember what I was sent to Bunnings for but will never forget the stern dressing down from the minister. It was worth it, love the bike and will keep her for many more years to come ( there is and opening there but should leave that alone or I would be in line for another dressing down)
She (the ST1100) has 107000 k's and runs like a clock. Had a couple of issues, but nothing to get too excited about.
The bike is pretty much stock except for the dual seat conversion from the police single seat, 25mm bar riser and throttle lock.
Hopefully I will be able to contribute in the future.
