Not quite an ST, but close. My dad has just bought himself a 2006 700cc Deauville.

Very nice looking machine there. :like

On my way to Streak's place in Toowoomba I took the long way (weather was great) and went via Kilcoy, Kingaroy, Bunya Mountains (wanted to do that ride for over a decade), MaClagan and Oakey to Toowoomba.

Anyway as luck would have it, I needed to stop and refuel in Kilcoy, finally found the only bowser at the BP with 98 RON and filled up and paid.  Jumped back on and as I was hitting the main road again, I noticed a White ST and two other bikes about to saddle up on the left hand side of the road.

I thought I'd stop and say G'day was getting ready to grab an OzSTOC card out and realised it was David, who had first introduced me to OzSTOC.  :thumbsup

We had a chat for a little while and then I headed off to Kingaroy thinking about how small a world it is sometimes.
Cheers,
Gary

Yesterday, Beckett Road, Bridgeman Downs.
Saw Cop on ST13 in rear-view mirror.  Noticed I was doing 75 in a 70.  Pulled back to 71 or 72 on throttle only.
He pulled alongside and held up left hand with thumb and finger one centimetre apart.  Rode ahead.  I gave a thumbs up.  He just shook his head and rolled on.  Followed him through 11 sets of lights, some of which he ran ambers but I was catching up at the reds.  At the junction of Stewart and Elimatta he ran a red to ping a young bloke on a Pulsar with a slightly noisy exhaust.
I can't help thinking being on the same bike cut me a tiny bit of slack.

White ST1300 today on Monaro Hwy heading south at the Hindmarsh Drive overpass at 4:20pm.
Rider was wearing Grey jacket with a black and white pattern helmet.
Was in the work ute and in no capable means of attracting said riders attention.

OzSToc carded today on my black ST1100, North Quay, Brisbane @ 17:05.

Spotted a white ST1300 same place @ 16:30.

Think I'll have to get me some OzSToc cards so I can spread the word!  Or a small OzSToc sticker.

Cheers!

Hi Nate,
I spotted your ST as I was on my way to work at about 17:00.

I was stopped in traffic next to where you had parked when I spotted the :blk11
So since I was in traffic, I waved a guy over that was heading to his bike and got him to place a card on the bike for me :grin

BTW If you want some cards just ask Streak :thumbs

LOL Shiney, we gotta stop meeting this way!!!  ;-)

Bet the poor guy you asked to put the card was pretty dumbfounded.  I reckon he might have been a bit jealous too that his bike dosent have such a loyal following...  ;-)
