I have thought about these my self. sopposedly good for 500m. I would be interested as to what you see at 500m.waiting for tax cheque, that's if tony gives me one
I had the same thought Yorkie... it doesn't really matter what is out there beyond 200 metres, although - the more warning you get of trouble - the better the evasion tactics choices, and the more relaxed one can remain.

Other than that the worst time for wildlife is when your on low beam and you can't see the road due to oncoming headlights; especially within the last 100 metres between approaching vehicles.
