Watched Dell Boys vid and got stuck into it, I know it was supposed to be a typical seal job vid but just a couple of things are worth mentioning. The leg with the cartridge cant be filled with oil unless the cartridge is fitted and the cap screw at the bottom fitted or all the oil will drain out, its a bit tricky getting the oil in with all that fitted so I found a tiny funnel that would squeeze between the spring coils, also you cant do the measurement method for the oil, you have to know the right quantity. One of the bottom cap screws was so tight it rounded out the head, so I welded an old Allen key to the cap screw.
