Hi to all the NT Ozstocers. Ros and I (from Sydney) are doing the big ride around Oz on our ST1300 and are currently taking a pit stop in your fair city of Darwin. Probably not enough time to meet up but we thought we would say Hi anyway and let you know we have been here as I suspect not many Ozstocers come this way.

No problem at all Dick. We are on a small acreage 8 minutes from the outskirts of Townsville. We have a spare bedroom or a large fairly private yard if your camping and want to pitch the tent. But we're happy to offer a room as its only Pauline and I, all the kids have flown the coop years ago.

If you're having a look around the area I'm happy for you to base yourselves here. Magnetic Island is worth a look as is Paluma up in the rain forest.

I'll PM you contact details and address in case you'd like to stay.

Keep the updates coming and in each area your heading through if you have a chance to stop for a quick coffee when passing through just give a yell and I'm sure some people would love to swing by, say a quick hello and grab a quick photo
