Quick RTE with Saaz and Diesel in Sunshine Coast Hinterland....

I am taking the visiting Saaz on a quick ride around some of the great areas of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland - and you're all invited.   


Here is the planned route on SUNDAY DEC 7...




We might even drop in on IanB at the Mary Valley Tomato Festival....




If you'd like to join in - be at Buck's Bakery, Landsborough, ready to ride out at 0830hrs

Here here ready to go at 0730 hrs and I'll swing by and take you on a great little picturesque, back roads route to get to Landsborough....




Very casual, fun day out.

Times have changed for OzSTOC RTEs.... since they have stopped manufacturing the ST, other makes are becoming more prevalent at meetings....




A nice refreshing ale was had at the little country town pub of Kandanga, deep in the heart of the Mary Valley.

Other stops were Cafe 8 at Landsborough, a coffee / pie stop at Imbil, and a final roadie at the Woodford Pub. Oh... and there was some riding done too,  apparently.

Yes times have changed a little but you held up the ST quite well. It was still a great day out on some great roads with some truly excellent company, people that I have met through other motorcycling areas of interest but have been fortunate enough to maintain friendship with via OzSTOC.
Whilst I may ride a Feejer at present I have used a fine 1300 STeed to complete a very memorable IBA Memorial Ride in 2013 and the twin of that very STeed to attend the OzSTOC AGM in Bald-as-Rat earlier this year and find them to be a very fine motorcycle.
Once again thank you to those who attended and to Diesel for the excellent choice of roads and 'stops'
