I have been put on notice that I am on Grandson minding duties this weekend. A 4 and 2 year old. If I can sway SHMBO, I will rock up for a couple of hours to say Gidday and have a Christmas Cheer drink with those that attend. I'm going to have to play this by ear but I am hoping that I can catch up with some old friends and meet some new ones. Here's hoping !!!

Absolutely nothing but yourselves and any alcohol or softdrink that you desire is required.
There is xxxx gold / tea/ coffee/latte / filtered water / cordial , supplied along with with all food.
Hopefully Streak will be bringing some gazebo's for shade unless any one closer has a couple that they could bring for the day.

Sorry Tipsy ol mate, but I will have to cancel my attendance at your BBQ extravaganza.
I am all packed to leave, house shut, cat fed, etc, when the nursing home rings me to say my mum has had another fall and is on her way to hospital in the ambulance. Result is broken pelvis.
Have just arrived home to let you know that I wont be there. Sad that I will miss the gathering (even had my shirt packed this time) and meeting others, maybe make it next year.
