Great to read you're in remission.  It sounds like you're doing everything right, so keep on doing that!  :grin

Just to give people an up date on my Prostate history my last two PSA tests have risen again and I am booked in to my Specialist next Wednesday to discuss the results and plan the next move.
With this raising its head and discussions at work about sick days I have made the decision to see my Financial Adviser and retire from work , I taking holidays in October and will inform Work of my intentions, I think 39 1/2 years is enough.

I reckon that's plenty Phil.  Time to enjoy life.   I do hope all goes well with your treatment.

Best Wishes Phil.   I retired 12 mts after my prostate cancer diagnosis, after which I had a significant battle with the disease for about 8 years.   I'm now still clear two and a half years after finishing my last chemo treatment.  Retirement is the best job I've ever had.

PM me if you want a chat, and I'll give you my mobile number.   :thumb

Can only wish you well Phil. I'm 5&½ years down the track from my prostatectomy with all PSA results being 0.02, but retirement followed my op and I couldn't be happier.  The only downside is I never get a day off  :grin

I can endorse the retirement sentiments.  All us blokes are very susceptible to the PSA challenge.  I've been managing BPH for almost 20 years.  Trust you are able to get on top of your PSA count.  Obviously plenty of experience and support available  in this forum!
